The Parent Portal keeps everything organized—from evaluation scheduling to future class enrollment. Setting up your secure account only takes a couple of minutes.

  • Click the Parent Portal button and follow the prompts to create your profile.
  • Add your gymnast(s) so we can tailor the evaluation to their age and experience.
  • Complete the quick waivers so you can arrive ready to move.

Once your account is set up, you’re just a few clicks away from securing a spot. Families can bring up to three athletes to the same evaluation time—perfect for siblings or carpool buddies.

  • In the Parent Portal, choose “Classes & Events” > “Find Events”.
  • Filter for Evaluations and select the time that best fits your schedule.
  • Confirm your reservation—no payment required. We’ll take it from there!

Evaluation Day Checklist

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to meet your coach
  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bare feet
  • Bring a water bottle (we have refill stations!)
  • Parents are welcome to watch from the seating area
